Cancellation/Refund Policy
You are purchasing instantly downloadable guided imagery products. Once you submit your payment, our system gives you instant access the products. Since this is a content-based Site, and you are given instant access automatically after your payment is processed, all sales are final. The charge that will appear on your credit card statement will be made to GOCoachLLC.
If you made this purchase by mistake, you may request a full refund. We will check our system's database and as long as you have not accessed the product, we will issue a full refund. Please understand that if the system does show that you accessed the product, this will indicate that your transaction was not made in mistake. We do not offer refunds on instantly downloadable products, however, if your download is faulty, please let us know and we will replace it.
